This is crazy! I gave up i sent my application august 28 the received it the 30th, i did my bios october 1st. On january 8 i receive an email and my case was rfe'd so i called my lawyer a couple days...

Me, my application was received august 31st, did my bios oct 1!! And i've been waiting since the my brother has the same dates he was approved december 24th.
