I believe you can apply for a travel permit while waiting for your green card. I didn’t, but I believe you can. Ask your lawyer.

Me! Got married to the love of my life, we both had DACA, he joined the Army through MAVNI and he’s now a citizen and I’m a permanent resident :D

The sooner u turn in the leave packet the better. You have to get a “country clearance” (if u go overseas), and sometimes that can take a while, few weeks or so.

I had my interview on the 15th, received my card on the 23rd and went on my first international vacation on the January 1st. Lol.

Everything on the interview notice. Tax returns, bank account info, lease agreement, anything related to your relationship. We were married for 6 years at the time of the interview, so It was easy...
