Call a driving school!

Of course you'll have to pay, but they'll drive you to the dmv and you'll use their car for the test.

Thanks!! I do live in your area, I sent my renewal on Tuesday and it got delivered Thursday but I still haven't gotten a text or anything. Have you sent yours?

You're welcome! Yeah, the deposit is the down payment. If you pay for the phone in full they won't run your credit at all.

Ok, so I actually just called Tmo. In order to be able to get the installment plan on a new phone they will run your credit. No credit doesn't mean no phone, it just means that you might have to pay...
