I held an F-1 visa for 11 years now so i dont get 10 year ban but I dont think I would have a chance to come back.

1. Finish my degree in business and get B.S degree while paying in-state tuition + financial aid

I dont suggest you leaving the country at all. It should be your last option unless you want to live in Korea. My ex-gf left and she cant come back for 10 years.

I worked for a local business and they paid me by 1099. I had OPT visa back then, so it was legit. Im not sure how big your company is but most of the business owners dont want to risk it. If ICE+IRS...

I applied for the job and had an interview with them a year...
