so this is only for CA residents who quality for in state tuition at Berkeley? Even if we transfer to Berkeley from another state, we wouldn't quality....T_T

ey guys, those of you who already knew how to drive, were you guys able to get both permit and DL in one day? if so, which DMV did you guys go to?

I seriously don't know..I mean I've heard so many different things. From one side I heard it was ok, the other side they say if you have out of state license and is driving GA registered vehicle,...

I'm trying to transfer to Ga Tech or UGA..but i have to wait til either CIR or dream act to pass in order for me to afford tuition and attend.

As I Know, even if the dream act does pass, it doesnt force states to give

in-state tuition...is this true?

Georgia is a strong anti-immigration state and both of our senators are against
