I went on the website and I am not sure but I think I am given the option of paying the fine online. If I do pay the $599 does that mean I plead guilty? Do I not have to go to court if I pay online?...

I'm in CA. Car was insured. I'm not sure what time to show up, ticket doesn't say. Is it better to say "no contest" as opposed to "guilty"? Anyone know?
