I'm an overstay. Is the passport stamp all that is needed to show that you came in with inspection, or is the I-94 also needed?

I would advice anyone who is about to expire to make phone calls. I had to call about 6 times before someone expedited a redelivery and I received it four days later.

Does anybody know a Tier2 at the Nebraska center? The tier1s are telling me that there's nothing they nor the immigration officers can do to speed up the redelivery of my card.

Wow. I don't even think they checked my physical card the first time. I just wrote the information down Ina piece of paper. In any case, I hope the cards arrive soon.

It provides me the notice of approval for the I765. It says " notice type: Approval Notice" and right under "valid from xx/xx/2016 to xx/xx/2018" do you think this is enough? TIA
