I need help!!! Went to credit karma and it said they are unable to verify my info like it doesn't recognize the social ... Does this mean I have zero credit score bc it is a new social or something...

Made my first and hopefully LAST e-request yesterday. Funny how the representative told me nebraska service is currently working on May 4th apps . HA! Bunch of bs!!! I'm over it.
