I think there is a way to fix it. You can either do a request online over a USCIS error or write them a letter explaining the situation.

Expediting AP through Congressman?

Hi,

Has anyone been successful to expediting an Advance Parole application with their local congressman? My situation is that my three siblings and I applied for AP. USCIS received it on 10/31/16....

Possibly. It's weird because my two siblings and I applied and submitted our applications on the same day. USCIS received them on the same day. I called on last week to expedite our applications....

What was the date you put for your travel date? I'm wondering because it seems that USCIS bases the waiting time off that. I could be wrong, but that seems to be the correlation.

As long as you go and come back before January 20, you should be fine. I submitted my application about 2 weeks ago and now I am very nervous to not get it on time.
