What I never understood is that after all the back and forth with the circuit court and supreme court, Hanen declared daca to be illegal....but daca is still active :???:

They are canceling all TPS programs, arresting people at courthouses, even the ones trying apply for a legitimate relief, arresting people on the streets, even citizens, they are trying to strip...

I'm beginning to think that biden did this in case daca gets terminated, if it does, daca'ers can still apply for an h1b visa without having to leave the country using this new executive order.

Only problem is that there are very few h1b visas issued every year and they run out within days of being issued every year. I guess dacas will need to compete with asians for the h1bs now

From what I read, if you have a degree, the DHS will allow you to apply for a work visa if you have a job offer, but I'm not sure if it only applyes to DACA receipeints or "other Dreamers" too.

We know congress is not going to do sh!t and we all know daca is coming to and end in the next 1-2 years so what's the difference if daca gets killed now or 1-2 years from now?
