or what about children that were daca eligible but got citizenship through marriage before DACA was ever a thing? Do those parents still have a path?

then why say the reached an agreement on the Dream Act? Why didnt they just call it something else? There are other dreamers besides the ones that fall into a perfect, narrow window of eligibility
