My rewewal 2021 timeline. EAD expiration was 10/21/2021. They approved my EAD 1 day before it expires.

05/31/2021 - Renewal sent.
06/14/2021 - Case under review.
09/17/2021 - Submit inquiry...

not all lender ask that question I think. i think most importantly they want to know the visa status. i'd tell them I have a work permit/EAD was issued under C:33 / category 33 without telling them...

in case you didn't know the NOA you receive when they accept your application, that NOA will automatically extend your EAD from the expiration date up to 180 days (6 months). i once was closed to...

i got mine from CITI back in 2018. put 20% down for co-op requirements.

if you are buying condo / house I think you can do the first time buyer down payment. good luck with the current market...

Current EAD expiring 11/01/2019. I waited to send in my renewal because i have a ACD situation. My lawyer advice that the ACD needs to be sealed first.

ACD sealed on 10/02/2019 went to the court...
