There is no plan B if the DA fails. It's either now or never. If it doesn't pass it will be the end of the dream for many, many years.

It's quite simple. If it doesn't pass, I will use my bilingual skills and education and hustle my ass off in the third world, and get rich hiring people at 10 dollars a day...then with butloads of assets I'll be able to go anywhere I want whenever I want

The math doesn't count. DA is dead, if they can't even unite within their own party to vote yes on this issue that they have been advocating, then, IDK.

How is it never? They may bring the bill back in 2011 as part of CIR.

If it doeasnt pass then eff it, im moving back to pak, one of my citizen brothers and sisters can sponsor me after i serve my 10 yr ban, eff wasting the best yrs of my life here

Thats a long time though. Have you considered Canada or Australia?

Dream Act and/or CIR has a lot more chances of passing in the next 10 years.
