Im not this will happen, but we have to keep in mind that we keep thinking that we need 60 votes for the dream act to pass, when in fact we just need a simple majority, the 60 votes is required to overcome the filibuster. Now, the senate gop is saying that they want a deal with taxes first or else they will filibuster everything. So HOPEFULLY they reach a deal and then they keep their word and not attempt a filibuster, which means we dont need the 60 votes.

You can be damn sure that there are more than 1 willing, racist, Republicans that will filibuster.
