The point is, our life is not the best. I truly hope she is able to find the help she needs and that they are truly able to help her, I have been shocked by the responses that I am seeing here.

Sorry but I am extremely opposed of DUI. You know no matter what you are risking your life and others by driving while intoxicated. Its like holding a gun shooting it in the air and lodging a bullet in a kids head. "But I did not mean to hit the kid." You did and you should of thought it over.

So no, if you aren't supposed to be legally driving in the first place but you chance it and drive anyway, you should be smart enough not to drink and drive.
