I agree there is hope to be had. Everyone should focus on the dream act passing. Does it really matter how? Does it really matter who? As along as it passes. Focus on the end result, it coming to pass.

Just because Biden talked about it doesn't mean he's the one making the Kool Aid. He is only VP after all.

It helps put pressure on Congress to act.

Right now, we know that Obama will win and Democrats will take back the House and add more seats in Senate. If GOP does not pass Dream Act then they will lose badly like in 2008. Obama has all the Latino supporters.
