I'm a junior in college, all I sent was transcripts for evidence, my passport/pictures (didn't know at the time that you didn't need both), and a translated birth certificate.

My transcripts date back to 2007, and I sent in copies of my 3 passports. One contains my original tourist visa, the second contains my date of entry and stamps (I lost my i-94), and the last is my most ressent passport.

I did the application by myself and reported no income/assets. Under expenses I put down how much I pay for college +4000 of living expenses and told them that my parents pay for my education.

Pretty standart stuff, I had a very small package =P

When are you planning on going to DMV? I checked the site yesterday and they require a SSN.

This is why I'm set to go to the SSO tomorrow and wait to see what happens. I'm planning on going to DMV on Tuesday unless they say otherwise.

after i get my ss# duhhhhh we all know how crazy va is this is our state lol ANDDDD im bringing the aclu letter that dmv sent them stating that the daca is enough proof of legal residence so if anyone gives me a hard time bam they get that and my college acceptance letter that has my address on it as well

yes i did send all of that. School transcripts from 04 to 09 then my tax returns from 09 to '11 and my bank statements '12. here is the list

5 copy of requester's birth certificatew/ translation
6 copy of requester's passport
7 requester's high school diploma
8 requester's academic transcrips & grade reports
9 requester's immunization records
10 requester's bank account statements evincing proof of u.s recidency on 06/15/2012
11 requester's 2009-2011 federal tax returns
12 a check in the amount of $465.00 for i-821 filing fees

hmmmmm so what could be the problem..maybe it was something small they wil explain it to you in detail but from what you put thats really good. hmmmm

Finally a thread about my state!! If there's any dreamer out there from the NOVA area I have a question. Was getting your biometrics done a hassle? Are there big lines? and what else do they make you do after taking your fingerprints? My bio appointment is in 2 weeks

PS: I can't wait to get my DL!!!!!!

Just got back from Biometrics. You need your letter and I'd and it takes less than 20 mins. I waited about 15 though. Fingerprints + picture make sure your forehead shows
