I'm assuming you didn't apply for Daca? Did the cops show up to the scene?

wheever you do dont talk to there insurence about the accident dont agree for them to record you.it will be used agaist you..ive been in your shoes..while i was working an asian lady ran on front of me and i hit her with the forklift at worked...there was a police report and all and her lawyers called me so and they were asking all this questions i just told them to talk to my insurance company and hung up..of course they were using scare tactics so they sended me a letter saying that they were going to sue me so i sended the letter to my insurance company and had them to all the work..after that my insurance company called me and recorded my statements of what happped if her lawyers call you tell them to talk to your insurance company and if there lawyers send you any legal documents send those documents to your own insurance company..its been around a year now and i havent heard anything from both parties i guess problem solved .I came, I sow, I conquered...

I don't think it will be an issue since the cops didn't show up. Your insurance will just cover the damage I think. Check if it will be an issue that you are not licensed.

I got a preliminary quote today and just waiting on the insurance to see if they will cover the fender. I'm more worried about the other lady and the wold insurance information i gave her. It was renewed by the same the company, so would number and everything stay the same?

Some insurance companies will not cover you if you dont have a dl, if she has full coverage on her vehicle and she takes you to court (civil court) all you will be force to pay is her deductible, i know this because i was once hit by a uninsured drunk driver, it all comes down to how well off you are, if you are just an average jose all you will say is that you do not have the money to pay her thts what the guy that hit me told the judge and judge was like if he cant pay you he cant pay you.

Wow all this stories sound horrible, I still remember having nightmares about all this. Though I was rear-ended once in a parking lot, but I was an idiot and told the driver that we could leave our separate ways since tis' was only a scratch.Had to pay out of pocket because I was also fearful to mess with the insurance. Fuck, I realize now that I could've gotten a new paint job.

*Conditions - 7am - Cloudy - Rainy*

I was going into a turn lane, put on blinker, suddenly the guy in front of me turns into the lane as well without using his blinker. Homie slams breaks, naturally I do as well, but it isn't enough. I hit him, he hits the guy in front of us.

The guy in the very front just left after he saw nothing happened to his card, so it was just me and the other guy. I was charged for driving without a license and nothing more.

The officers we'ren't so hard on me though, because I was techinically driving with a learners permit (I had gotten a week before North Carolina decided to go anal and revoke all licenses issued to DACA beneficiaries.) They even parked my car for me at an empty lot and dropped me off there while I waited for my mom. Gave me my keys back and everything

They just left after that though haha. I could have driven off myself probably but I chose to wait for my mom to show up with her friend (they are both licensed)

I am under my fathers insurance company. They called and got a statement for the accident, called my father. I don't know much else, but I'm sure his rates have gone up.

I was assigned to go to court 3 weeks later. Paid fine. End Story.

Did you let the law firm know your insurance info?
It can all be settled out of court the law firm just needs to add a claim w the insurance and you n ur dad really dont have to do much.
