Wow, the first link you posted states that they issued a NTA as well, so im assuming this person will be in front of a judge and maybe subject to removal .


As for my sis n bil they were just denied!

Ignore that one. It was never confirmed. We though it was a fake because of the wording and I don't think Mr. Dick ever provided real evidence for it.

The NTA part is obviously fake, they never say things like this in Case Status Online.

I have a friend that didn't have a record but when they ran her finger print, they found out she had a DL in California using a false Visa so they had her go to an immigration judge in LA and tell the judge how and who provided her with the fraudulent visa. I thought for sure she would get deported but to my surprise she got approved. Crazy right
