I don't know actually! Coz my parents had alysum and denied by judge then we all have the order of removal afterward! So I don't really know! Immigration judge, most of time, is judging the refugee or alysum thing I guess! But wish you best of luck !

Straight from USCIS's website, it applies to those seeking Advance Parole, but maybe it also applies to you

However, once you have received advance parole, and before you actually leave the United States, you should seek to reopen your case before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and obtain administrative closure or termination of your removal proceeding.

Even after you have asked EOIR to reopen your case, you should not leave the United States until after EOIR has granted your request. If you depart after being ordered deported or removed, and your removal proceeding has not been reopened and administratively closed or terminated, your departure may result in your being considered deported or removed, with potentially serious future immigration consequences. If you have any questions about this process, you may contact the ICE Office of the Public Advocate through the Office’s telephone hotline at 1-888-351-4024 (staffed 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) or by email at EROPublicAdvocate@ice.dhs.gov

Sorry guys been figuring this out. There was no decision and there is no court date. The case was dismissed a while back and have not heard anything. I sent my DACA and Work permit authorization. The job is for Chase Bank. I will keep you guys posted I should find out if it was sufficient proof.. Smh. Pisses me off though, its a entry level job and they wanna ask why I am in removal proceedings since 06 and the only reason is cause we over stayed our visa..

Okay guys just an update. I sent in my deportation proceedings letter from 2006 andall my daca and work permit authorization letter. I got the job! Took a whole but all went well. So of anyone els has same problem this might help in what they are looking for.
