YEP, looks like Discover is willing to give Dreamers a chance even WITHOUT credit! So I wouldn't hesitate to apply!

Here is my referral link!

Or without a SSN (but with an ITIN).

Since Daca, I was trying to build my credit history, i applied to chase but i didn't qualify...so i tried capital one and got only a $300 limit...but i was using this card for a lot of things...bills, grocery, personal fees and such and i had a fear i would go over the limit and completely ruin the credit i am trying to build so i closed the account and planned on opening one with discover... and/or bank of america soon..

but then i checked with credit karma and my credit history was about 680...but since i closed my account i got a letter saying that i will no longer be able to check my credit with credit karma...that free service will be terminated by capital one in a month or two since it was included for free when i signed up for the card....and i also read when you are trying to build credit you should not be closing accounts...which i found out after the fact.

Call them and ask if they can re-open it.
