Oh wow! They are porbably just slacking off on my app then. I got a response back from the ombudsman today saying they contacted USCIS on 11/3 and will get back to me once they hear back. I'll give it until the end of next week and call them if nothing happens.

Congrats, btw! My AP travels were way shorter than yours. Did you travel for work or humanitarian?

FINALLY approved- got a mid-day text. I believe the ombudsman was a huge help and I would recommend reaching out to them if your EAD expired.

Yay!!!! I told you it wouldnt take long. Honestly i think they dont care aboue Congressman or Ombudsman. There is no concrete eveidence it helps. But hey, approved, what counts.
