Seeing applicants from late June/July getting approved, starting to think what happens if another application is sent in now. I guess when I call in tmrw, I can ask about that..

I think the Feb-May applications are still in backlog even though they took down that message from August 10. There's no way that they fixed the technical issue so well that they are all caught up on the backlog.

They received mine May 31. Still no Bios

This is my 2nd renewal and this is my timeline:

DACA + EAD Case Received - 5/3
BIOS Notice of Action - 7/15
BIOS Appointment - 8/4
Expiration - 9/8

ELIS has received date as 5/5 (instead of 5/3 like the receipt letters say) for both and show “In Process” and “Under Review” as of 8/23 and nothing else, not even the fact that I had BIOS done. EAD expires 9/8 so I have 16 days until then. I see now that I messed up by not contacting them about not getting my BIOS appointment sooner, I received it over 70+ days since I sent the renewal documents, I see people get them normally in a few weeks.

HR has sent an email to my managers stating that they need my new EAD before it expires or I get terminated, meaning I’ll lose all types of benefits and PTO. My brother went through the same thing, his EAD expired before he got the new one but luckily his job let him go on leave of absence instead of firing him. I don’t have his timeline right now, I’ll post it later.

I haven’t tried contacting anyone yet, tomorrow I’ll call and ask to get transferred to Tier 2 and see what they have to say. This is ridiculous.

I still haven't received my card. Earlier this month I got a msg for status stating that I was approved and my card was in production. That was on August 11. I recently got another message for a status update that my card was going into production as of August 22. What's going on? Anyone else experienced this?

I looked at about 200 case receipt numbers around my own and I noticed a trend of about 10 days between the 821D approval date and the 765 card notice date. This was pretty consistant on the 15 approved cases I saw. (15 approved, 43 DACA total out of 200 looked at)

What channel did you use in order to make sure you got you biometrics. many of us have not received it after 90 + days.

Mine was approved on august 08 , I already have DACA letter approval but stil waiting on EAD , it's been almost 2 weeks last week it says card was under production and now it says my application was accepted in ELIS account but case status says "It has been approved" I don't know what to believe anymore. I guess I just have to wait until I get my EAD in the mail. UGH

this is currently happening to me. It has been 13 (10th of august) days since the msg status that my card was in production. Then on the 18th i got another msgn that it was in production. Today i got a update that my i765 was approved and i should be receiving a notice in the mail. You're not alone. I'm calling tomorrow.
