Approved but no EAD card? - Page 5

This has been such a nightmare. I didn't have the wait nightmare like most of the applicants but I'm dealing with the worst. I finally spoke to the guy reviving my mail. The post office never followed up with me or anything. The man who revived my EAD has them scan the envelope to have proof of him returning the envelope. I now have that scanned paper with my name and EAD card! I'm beyond pissed. I will raise hell come Monday morning.

They better have not lost my fucking card. I'm so irritated

Wait im confused you have just a paper copy or something? Wtf hopefully they return your mail to the service center, if so they WILL mail it back to you. Youre so right, i had a short wait for the process but lost card in the mail is the worst ever smh. Im hoping for you! I should hear back from my SR on the 27th

No not a paper copy, the guy who was receiving my mail returned my EAD but requested to have proof that he returned it. I went this morning and had a power struggle with the postmaster. He basically said that the employee who misdeliveted my mail had been fired but does not admit they lost my mail. So what do you call misdelivered mail?
So yeah, my EAD is lost. Fucking great.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! OMG make them pay for it! My dad calls the destribution center lady everyday since the day after it was supposed to arrive. Give them hell until they search themselves. Thats so crazy though it was RIGHT there. It must be in a bin or review the tapes or something! I am so pissed for you.

A Tier 2 rep submitted a service request for me on 09/20/16 I still haven't gotten a response still hasn't even been assigned to an officer.

SR ended and the stupid woman put that my approval notice was not received so they replied to me as if Im dumb saying your approval notice is with your card -__- straight IDIOTS. I broke down and cried when she told me i would have to wait 60 days for the right SR request to be entered. Lucily I spoke to another tier 2 rep who could see that my mail was lost and told me to fill out a replacement form for my ead and check a "lost in mail button" and include a cover letter saying what happened and all the steps I took to ensure It was lost and I dont have to pay. i HOPE and pray this works. Alex you should try this in the meantime, its free and wouldnt hurt while you search.

I still haven't received anything. A SR was also submitted on 9/20 but it hasn't been assigned to an officer yet. My EAD expires this Friday. I don't know what else to do :'(

as long as you were approved your job is good. tier II told me that they can go on everify and put in your number and seee youre legal. my exp liscence is a struugle bus smh. hoping you get something soon
