If they did, we would he able to adjust via H1B. It is not possible right now, given the bar to entry and advance parlo is a bitch (I’d have to make up some medical evidence that someonenis dying).


Either case, I hope we get DA passed. But again, Congress is full of chickens.

Some of us don’t have sick or dying relatives, educational purposes in other countries or job related duties abroad. But BRIDGE Act without travel restrictions is better than nothing because now we need neither of the aforementioned qualifications to travel outside the US. Of course, DREAM Act would be the better option.

Nope...It just does the absolute bare minimum for current DACA holders

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

Bridge act is the 'worst' case scenario. The only thing below that would be no action at all. I don't think anyone here advocating for Bridge act over anything else.
