Dude it's if the Goodlatte bill passes:

(ii) shall be subject to the rules applicable to individuals who are not lawfully present set forth in section 1402(e) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18071(e)).

Yeah I just read the comments. I thought they were talking about the tax bill that already passed. Not even sure why we are talking about Shitlatte, it's completely irrelevant and a non-starter.

It's because it seems to be the popular immigration bill in the House.

It's as relevant as clean Dream Act. It would never pass the Senate, just like how DA won't pass the house. We will be in this exact same position by Feb 8th.

So guys look at these points

- Democrats passes 3 CR bills with nothing in return.
-By passing 3 CR it ALLOWED republicans get the TAX bill, if the government was shutdown that would have been on stand still.

-Democrats just passed a 3 week CR , which now gives the POTUS momentum for the state of the union.

This is all politics, they have done nth when they had big leverage, it's time for us to find an alternative, stop hoping, wake up people it's February, people will start losing their status

Fuck that shit bill. They’re treating us like criminals in it. It gives me a nazi vibe. Stop caving people! We need the Dream Act, not this bullshit, don’t give it the time of day, you guys are already caving by saying, let’s just take this, I say fuck that shit.
