Yup you have to get ur education certified and us degree is perfect. If you have a college degree you domt need to certify your high school.

I think it's best that I try to keep it on the down low until this mess goes away.

If you guys are doing Express Entry, questions for y'all:

1. Are you getting your education certified? I figure it's a necessary thing for folks from non-speaking countries, but US education should suffice, right? Or, we still need to do the Comparative Education Assessment?
2. Are there any other countries we can directly go to from the US, instead of Canada? Somewhere in South America perhaps or Europe perhaps?
3. If we end up getting Canadian citizenship, will the 10 year ban still apply for coming to the US, since we'll have a new passport and all?

I'm taking my IELTS in March. Already have my FBI fingerprint check (which shows that I have a record, but that was during a Greyhound border inspection, so I think I can explain that). Just wondering if I need to assess my high school and college education...

I had an undocumented auntie who went back to our home country after she was tired of all the wage theft/abuse she was getting as an undocumented worker in the US. Applied to move to Canada from our home country and now she is a Canadian citizen and can now easily drive back and forth to US and getting more freedom to do stuff that when she used to live her. She did wait out the 10 year ban, though.

I already went through the entire application process for the Canadian express entry visa and I am currently part of the pool. All of my family is in the USA as well and I am the only one with DACA. I don't know if I will get picked up or not, but if I do I am still not sure that I will give up on USA. It is a very tough decision, I don't know anyone at all there.

Can you explain the process please? Like what wouldn't they pick you? I've looked at this a few times but always end up not doing in hopes of something happening here.

Please keep in mind that after you get into the pool and is selected for possible PR, you will be invited for an interview at your closest CA Consulate. You must be residing legally in the country of your Interview. While you are on DACA you may go to this interview but if DACA is terminated, you will need to go to your home country to be interviewed there. The interview does not guarantee that you will be accepted which means it'll be a gamble. Relatives that are under your application must also be legally present where they are curently residing.

Currently, Portugal is the easiest country to migrate at the moment. They have many types of visa and the easiest one is the (D2 Visa). It only requires you to have the equivalent of $5000 euros and a business plan (anything that you say you will open in Portugal). It can be a web development company, a house cleaning service, a marketing company, any thing that you can think of. The D2 visa is a Portugal residence visa that will allow you to live in Portugal for 5 years. With this visa you can also travel to any EU countries. After, 5 years you can apply for Portugal Citizenship which will also give you EU citizenship. You will be able to live and work in any UE country. I've many friend who did that and some are already EU citizens. If you want more information just ask.

I was going to post all the information but I found a few links that will be more helpfull.
http://www.advogadosfca.com/home-1/d...entrepreneurs/
http://intax-contabilidade.blogspot....dependent.html

The application is very straight forward and you can use a Portuguese lawyer to take care of all of the documentation that need to be done in Portugal. Once you have all the documentation in hands, you go to a local PT consulate to request the D2 Visa. It takes 60 days to be approved. Again, I have many friends who got it. I'm just waiting to see what will happen with daca and if nothing happens, I'll definetly take that route.

Portugal lost many young citzens who migrated to other EU countries and they are not returning. Portugal is now facilitating to anyone wanting to migrate there so they can build a new workforce.
