I don't see anything like that. Please don't confused "Resident Alien" for "Permanent Resident".

And I don't think they can even simply change that. That would be a massive change that Congress has to pass legislation for (Similar to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017).

First - you have deferred or protected status with DACA, once unexpired.
Second - With DACA, you have a VALID Social Security Number. Anyone with a valid social security number, who has submitted a 2018 tax return,is eligible for both unemployment and stimulus, unless you have earned over $99,000
Third - EXEMPTED from this illegal aliens without protected status, invalid social security numbers, filed taxes with ITIN #, or if they have a valid SS # and is a non resident alien. Non resident alien means they have not lived in the US continuously for a specified period of time, and/or has a non US residence.

I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advise.

Just checked on my IRS portal:

says:

According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.

DOES THAT mean I am NOT getting my CHECK ???

I haven't filed 2019 yet, filed 2018, it asked me for information and upon inputting it said that I am eligible.
