where do you work? I haven't been asked about mine yet. However the DMV is already reminding me about it. thankfully, all i have to wait for the mailman to come through for me... lol ;)

I got Approved on November 28th!!!! I'm still waiting for my card and letters to come in the mail. I am so HAPPY!!!!!!!! I just started a job at BofA and I'm glad I won't have to risk getting fired...

I sent my application on Sept 12th. USCIS cashed the personal check I sent along with my app on Sept 17th. Now its just a Waiting Game. :-)

If you had a lawyer do your applications you will not receive the RFE notice. The Lawyer will.
However if you filed the applications yourself you will get it.

Send the instagram photo you have. If it's just a picture of you good. If it's with others included in the picture you can send an affidavit (your choice). I sent an affidavit for my RFE request....

Some here on this forum have been approved on Saturdays. Sundays not sure, there are hundreds of thousands DACA applicants that do not visit this site, so yeah

Vermont handles up to 1 MILLION USCIS Cases a year, not just DACA and EAD.
Hang in there you'll get an approval.

For 2008 til 2012 all I sent was my mother's tax return(with me as a dependant )
I did receive an RFE, but it was to submit more proof I was here on June 15th, 2012.

My sister got a 2yr ID and I got a 5yr ID. Its all up to the person who processes your application. Being nice goes a long way.

They are humans not robots. DACA/EAD are not the apps...

01/11 was a friday. USPS didnt ship it out until 01/14 Monday. that's my best guess....

because i filed with a lawyer and she got it. same thing happened to others in this forum. call your lawyer in the morning and stay up to date with your case.
