i did apply and i got rejected, supposedly you need another checking account and credit history... curiously i have a checking account the only thing i dont have is a credit record.

unless the i797c says that you are approved and it has the dates for your work permit it wont work, but as the OP established the rules changed on 10.1.12 read it is on the first post.

i did i will upload a pic today. and i have not received my ssn yet... i just used my i797c establishing approval of a work permit that actually has dates and time for the work permit and a SSA...
