FWIW...I sent mine in like 6 months in advance...it was approved in like 2 weeks.

Also I sent in a renewal hella early...like 1 year in advance...during Trump's crazy first term. I got it approved...

If the current courts delay and rule gainst DACA when Trump gets in office...then all Trump has to do is just not appeal it to the court eh?...

Yep, my first super early renewal was during Trump's term for fear of him ending it.

Ok, will send it next month...hopefully I get the renewal as early as possible. It will be nerve wracking...

I actually don't want to wait for a 130 to 150 day timeline.

I want to send it like 210 days before expiry, lol.

I always did this before and got approved on a normal timeline...but I obviously...

I'm not sure what to expect really.

It's Dec 1...and the only thing I have seen officially is that Thune said a DACA fix isn't happening...although he is probably a party pooper no vote anyway.

If the courts end up leaving DACA alone as it is where only renewals are open and no new applications.

I would bet that the 600,000 to 800,000 or so renewal applicants will eventually get some...

I'm getting a text message from USCIS it seems notifying me about a final rule on October 31?

Was something finalized?

Just want to make sure what it is referring to?

Unfortunately I'm in NY and stuck with Coinbase...no prayer of a chance to ever be able to invest in any start up crypto...memecoin or not.

Is there other exchanges that allow NY peeps to invest...

Also, I just noticed that they are processing renewals within a 120 day timeline? Should I avoid sending my renewal around the 150 day mark, and wait for 120 days?
