Looks like CIR with DA rolled in, or nothing at all. DA is a half assed solution to immigration. Everyone at this point wants a complete solution.

Its been stated repeatedly that the clock for 765 starts after your 821 is approved. Also, if you think about it, it doesnt make sense that the 765 has a 3 month wait while the 821 has a 4 month...

That's not how it works man. The program is called DEFERRED action. All they are doing is deferring your immigration status for two years. In our case they are deferring the order of removal. All...

Pretty sure we won't be able to get any jobs which require a security clearance at the federal level. Not that there is an explicit restriction, but definitely an implicit one.

Success rate for walk ins is pretty high. Like others said, dont go too early and dont go too late. You can google your ASC and see if they do walkins. People other than dreamers go there also and...

Took me over three weeks to get mine but my appt is only a week after i received my letter. So it balances out.i couldn't walk in anyway cuz im in nyc which is shutdown this week.

Maybe thats whats taking so long? Maybe they requested verification from another organization and its taking those people time to reply? Or your name came back dirty from the biometrics.
