What would really help is if you told us what state you're in. Here in Illinois you get a regular 4 year license, regardless of DACA. AFAIK there's a lot of states that go off your EAD's expiration...

AFAIK most people's applications were approved simultaneously, but USCIS does state that they may take up to 90 days to process your I-765 after the I-821D is approved.
