I completely agree. That is why we are thinking Bahamas or Mexico. depending on who gives visa. I heard Bahamas is fairly easy to get visa as long as we have an itinerary and a valid PP.

I spoke with the consulate, they a require one for Pakistan national. We will be putting in an application and hoping they approve. More businesses out in Mexico that he can visit for business...

Interesting. You are right. I personally came back on AP after the EO was signed and had no issues. I drove in from Canada.

I wish he had visa, then he would had done AOS without this. unfortunately EWI but married to USC. so need to clear ewi via AP while we still can.

On the AP doc it does not state. only states you must return by date specified. does not mention what country you can visit etc. I know AP filed in conjunction to AOS you can visit any country as...

You dont file for green card based on daca. you file for it based on USC spouse, child etc.

Ap is Advance parole to clear EWI, which is a dis qualifier for a green card.

Look into a FHA loan if conventional requires higher income. Also the cosigner will need just as good credit otherwise bank will go with the lower credit score...
