Misdemeanors and Expunged record. HELP!

Hi guys/dreamers,
Ok, so we are filling out the application for my brother, he qualifies for everything minus the fact that he has 3+ "misdemeanors":
Three of them driving with a suspended license...

how were you able to stay in the country then? All the lawyers we spoke to said that he had to go wait for the visa outside of the U.S.

I was technically still "illegal" when i transferred to GMU, they never checked my status and I was granted In-state tuition without questions. On the other hand, NVCC gave me a bunch of BS to grant...

I am curious about your case, I am assuming you aged out when your father received his permanent residence, correct? And when he filed for you, were you protected under the CSPA to stay in the U.S....
