Found this article that basically says it depends. But it does sound like this new rule will allow sons or daughters of LPR to adjust if they are not eligible...

My lawyer suggested I put together an affidavit explaining my intent to stay when I came at 14 and why I went back. I Haven't sent it in yet so we'll see what happens.
