I got my license when I was in high school and didn't use ITIN. I just showed documents to prove my identity. I just applied for my social, so it's a good question wether I have to update that on DL....

I just got another text on 11/13 saying that USPS had picked up the package with EAD card. Hopefully I get by Friday. I will call to get tracking number. I hope everyone gets the approved soon!

Approved 11/8. Got two texts saying there was a status update. One for approval of I-765 and other for card production. I am filled with joy!

I got approved today. Received a text at 4:45 pm saying there was a status update. Checked it and they had approved I-765 and by 5:00 pm received another saying there was a status update. It changed...

As I understand you had to be 30 on June 15, 2012 to be eligible for deferred action. I would call USCIS hotline at 1-800-375-5283 and ask before you waste money on an attorney.

Yeah, for some reason Vermont is slower. I had heard of complaints for them for types of petitions. Hopefully they get their act together. You can also call uscis and ask for an update in your case...
