If used a made up SSN with a Chase Credit Card, they will not update to the new SSN unless you provide proof of old SSN (either a copy of the SS card or a letter from SSA). This is the only lender...

Let's hope that it implements immediately. It seems like it will just update the type of acceptable documents DMV needs to issue ID/DL to those we receive as approved from DA.
