From what I have listened to, its a bit complicated. They got married and then ended up breaking up before they finished the process for spouse.

So the daca is expired.

They have the money....

Could you clarify other requirements, for example residency, from what years?
So, essentially they are putting the same evidence in for requirements as before, when they got DACA, since it hasn't...

Ok so if married less than 2 years I have to apply to remove conditions, does that require an interview?

What is the timeline with approx amount of time?

I have a friend who let his DACA expire like 2 years ago and didn't renew because of of complications, does he need to send in his expired EAD card along with the AOS packet/ application?

Does anyone know a link for what is all needed when you apply for AOS with formn 130, 485 and 765? I can't seem to find that link that says what is needed in the packed with these forms.
