Minnesota Dream act (prosperity Act)

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone in Minnesota know if the Minnesota dream act passed??? I read the governor signed it on may 17 2013...:wink:

Update* So they transferred my case to "local service center" I don't know if they mean Nebraska... my original service center.

yep. That was my case the first time I applied. I got them around Sep. 4 pretty quick. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now!!!!! =(

Your case is very very similar to mine. My lawyer sent everything back some weeks ago.. and I recieved two weeks ago my confirmation saying they had recieved my case... and to wait for...

I'm still waiting for my biometrics.... ... the first time I applied for my EAD I got my biometrics pretty quick right after they sent me the letter saying they had my stuff. I receieved that...

I know.. thats what I thought. But Because my lawyer was the one who made a mistake... So i had to apply for a Duplicate card.....

I seriously hope that the cut off age for the Dream Act is like 36.... or better... or no cut off age at all . I feel it's soo unfair for those who are over 31 and didn't...

Ok. I'm definintely calling Monday! But what am I supposed to tell ask them? I called them like 3 weeks ago and the guys said they didn't have anything on me.... Made it sound as if they didn't...

I still haven't received anything. =(. My 2 months are up on around Febuary 10th.... I wish they would at least update my status on uscis.gov and say they are reviewing my stuff. But it still says...
