Mexicans do not need a VISA to enter Italy. Visas differ from country to country. So just double check if you will also need a visa for the particular country you are a citizen of.

I am not sure. I am gay and have a WHOLE other mountain of legal battles that have to be resolved at the Federal level before it is clear. My lawyer says that marrying a citizen is the easiest thing...

Hi! yes- I hope more people can feel like there is hope and light and the end of the tunnel!
My passport was stamped with PAROLED until July 13th, 2014. Which I've learned is customary to be stamped...

I recently traveled to Hawaii with just my Mexican passport and had NO problems. It is part of the USA, so the same rules applies as if you were traveling in the mainland. Not sure about Puerto...

You will probably get a copy for yourself also. Just wait a couple of days. The attorney who fills out your paper work also gets a copy of your approval letters for their records.

You can board a plane to California using your Mexican passport to travel. I use it ALL the time and as long as you don't leave the USA you are fine. I' travel A LOT and I've never had a TSA agent...

I'm in the same boat here with the Vermont Center. My app was received 9/28 my Biometrics done on 10/4 and I am still waiting. My status online says Initial Review. Getting really anxious now.
