I posted might be because with Oregon it was up for debate weather they would allow deferred action state I'd and dl but they just passed the law approving it.

Oregon just passed a law stating that with deferred action you can get a state I'd & DL I will have to re-edit that post.

I think it's those corporate jobs, but we are authorized to work in the U.S so that would be considered discrimination. They can't deny us unless or EAD is expired.

We do have to put down Alien authorized to work in the US. It shouldn't be a problem. I will just tell my employer that I can renew it every two years. Mines doesn't expire until October 2014.
