none that i can recall, I have records for when i got my prescription glasses last year but according to the RFE the evidence for 2012 was sufficient so that's not going to be relevant.

hey bud! from what i hear, if your parents are claiming you in their taxes then you should have been issued an ITIN #. if so, i think that would be sufficient, although dont quote me on it.

I'm from the philippines and i just wasnt sure if i should use my birth certificate and passport since my visa is expired. i'd like to add that i made that stupid mistake of going to the health...

hHey I'm also a Vegas local. i'm curious to about did you get a valid health card? and if so how do i go about doing that? i'm kinda confused about the birth certificate part.
