get a used car you can pay off in 2 years. As much as I would like a "new" car, I just cant pay for something top dollar and by the time I finish paying it off it will be a 6 yr old car.

you should be fine by bus, they will ask you for ID but any ID will work . going by bus is not the same as going by plane. you will not encounter a TSA or ICE agent

A credit Union is the best way to get loans, I bank with Alliant Credit Union and they have loans that you only need to start repaying 6 months after you graduate from college. up to 15K per year....

Also even after a year of being licensed in the state of California you will still be considered out of state until you can check yes for USC or legal permanent resident
