If that is the case in renewing your Korean passport then I suggest you just wait until you can legally adjust your status, then you can try to renew. An immigration attorney can probably help you...

are you going to try to benefit from it soon? if not, don't worry about it. the only way to really know is by consulting with an immigration attorney, they have access to see if you have 245i.

A bill needs 60 votes out of 100 to pass in the Senate. So right now 28 Senators will for sure vote for the bill. Last time the dream act bill was short 8 votes.

So initially you had a tourist visa, which means you entered with inspection, but your visa was cancelled by an immigration officer. I suggest seeking legal advice from an immigration attorney asap....

USC parent petition is not the fastest, according to the current visa bulletin it is faster to get petitioned by your permanent resident parents. 2003 is the earliest visa being processed for USC...
