I send for my sister renewal package. Just received a rejection notice along with all original documents, money, photos etc. Also includes green paper where it says to resubmit again after check mark...

My EAD approved on 11/22/13 and I-821D was Approved on 11/25/13. There was a thread from last year where some people got approved EAD but not I-821D. Each case is different than other so i would...

i received mine after one month later...no big deal. You will receive it one way to another but just give them a time. You can call them but might get delayed so better would be wait.....

Approved today nov 22nd after 9 months. Did 4th erequest this afternoon and than approved after 5pm..happy..thank u guyz..

I did first erequest online than received response by saying that my case is active processing.
Second time called where agent told menithing is wrong with my case and he did send request to...

Its been already 9 months and still no words...weird thing is my doesnt shows online. am i so famous that case doesnt even show anything online. Already made 3 request and still no words. :cry:

Still waiting...was told almost 3 weeks ago that i will receive something from center by the 18th why it is being delayed but as of now nothing came in the mail.

Did you filled any i-485 case through employer after 2002 when your visa expired?
Any employer sponsor filled either 2002 or before
If these ttue than i think when researching your case USCIS...
