I had similar issue, this is my 3rd renewal after my arrest as well, I always put the first questions to yes and provide the document and court disposition. Kind of better this way so its not delayed...

Got my approved letter too and got one year. Kinda pissed cause $495 is a lot of money for one fucking year. I haven’t caught up with any news is there a reason why the renewal is only a year ?

Ohhh shit just got approved today at 11pm. So lucky took less than a month 26 days to be exact!

Damnnnnnn. I expired on 12/10. But I sent it and received Oct 26. Biometric reuse as well.

What do you mean? Don’t they always do two years renewal? I’ve been getting two years renewal not sure the one year you’re talking about here.

Just an update. I got a text and email notification at 9:30pm today that they received it and gave me a case ID. I went to my USCIS account I can see that it’s updated on the website for both forms....

What lockbox facility did you sent it to? I sent it to Chicago lockbox.

When did you sent your renewal?

I sent mine on October 8, I haven’t received any text message, email or mail yet of any acknowledgement. But it did arrived 2 days after I shipped it. I’m not sure...

Processed in NSC. Did many follow up. TIER 1 and 2 customer service, at least r 4 service request created, Info pass appt, NILC, obdusman .. it is what it is.

I'm lucky and blessed to still be working. It depends where you are but I gave them the receipt notice and notice from uscis that they're behind and since then I'm still working. Stay positive man....

I've been working with expired EAD since Sept 25. I have them a notice and a notice from uscis from infopass that they willing to print out to show to my employer that they haven't reached June app....

114 days and still no biometric. My EAD expired on September 25 2016. I'm still working. I informed HR 1 day before expiration and they said work as usual and make a copy of your receipt date and...

What exactly did you say to them? It looks like they are leaning that way too to allow me to work without the current one. Hopefully the infoemotion Ill give them will be enough for me to work...

So I told HR that my work permit will be expiring on Sept 25 that it's bring delayed and what should I do. She said she will do a research and for now work as usual then she called me saying if I can...

Damn man I'm waiting on my bio too it's been 105 days. I just created infopass schedule and see how it goes from there...I didn't even talk to my employer yet smfh I'm expiring 9/25
