So I expire 12/20.

Couldn't find a DATE or even really MONTH to when the SC is going to air out their decision/opinion/hearing.
Does any one know??????

I'm wondering If i should renew asap......

I did not pay for renewal this time, nor did I pay last time. The renewal notice only asked to mail in copy of EAD, Work permit and SS#.

When you check your case on the USCIS website, it'll never have anything about the biometrics, even if you already did them. A level 1 rep told me it goes from when they received the application then...

I have spoken with a level 2 rep before. Person told me that I'm not eligible for interim until they approve. He did say most employers keep this handbook.

Okay, just called the USCIS headquarters regarding Interim EAD. Basically it will take 6 months for our applications to process, from the day they received them. They cannot give out an Interim EAD...

Did you read this link? It says on it that it should apply to DACA applicants

I set up an appointment with my local USCIS field office for March 2nd for an Interim EAD. Set up the appointment through InfoPass. Wish me luck. Will report back....
