Go to your nearest Postal Office and just ask for it fill it and send it. No ID or anything is require, it asks for your social but if you don't have one just leave it blank.

If I read this correctly Obama is going to give in and give the republicans what they want. I wish he would have say something like pass the Dream Act and then will give you your taxes.

It's not really limbo since we can work and live our lives witch is more then I can say we have now. I don't like that it will take 10 years but it's better than what we have, therefore I welcome it...

I dont think so i know someone that did the same thing and she just got community service and a fine I think but no deportation this was in CA. I don't know about other states.

To qualify a person must have been present in the US for 5 consecutive years and you left so I would say no you don't qualify for the Dream Act anymore.
