consult a lawyer. uscis doesn't look at people who re-enter after being deported in a good light. but idk how they'll deal with it for daca

i crossed the border when i was really young :I

And if i send a check to pay, does the check have to be in my name?
because only my parents have a bank account
I think an untranslated birth certificate is useless. but if you want to send a copy anyway, it can't hurt.
if you have a valid passport, you don't have to send a translated birth certificate.

i forgot what q#15 is, but i believe it's the one that asks for current status? if so, most people have included a variation of "unlawful status: DACA"

check does not have to be in your name

My problem is that I don't work nor have I gone to a school in the last year and a half. Basically this whole year has been one empty void for me as far as receipts or anything bearning my signature or information. I do all my legal shenanigans ( I am on a petition through my citizen parents) bank account, online orders and such through my parents so I dont have any documents that is continuously been sent to me that has my name and information on it.
I would like to know if the Tax application forms can be used as proof. I have also been a memeber and a musician to a church since I was in my teens. I dont have any documents from that because I dont get paid for playing but could the pastor of my church weigh in and give me an affidavit that he know that I have not left the country since he knows me?
Thank you.
dude if that's all you got, send it.
you have nothing to lose, unless you have a criminal record. If you get denied, they won't deport you (again, unless you have a criminal record/are a terrorist)
so use both. tax applications, affidavits, etc. for the affadavits, make sure it's notarized and your address is included. you need to read the instructions, it gives more information about what they expect.

Have you bought anything online in that year and a half and have it shipped to your name? If so, go to your email and search for 'invoices, tracking number, receipt, itinerary, confirmation' anything that will bring those purchases up. Also log in to your amazon, ebay, paypal and any other e-store you can think of. Get your friend/coworker to sign an affidavit.

I saw a similar situation on the forum before. You don't want to lie about your income on the form, so a suggestion would be to list your actual income, expenses, assets - then use the space provided to explain how you need the work permit to work legally. Plus by giving you the permit, your income becomes taxable income, which I'm sure they'll take in consideration.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing.
I also received one that typed like that. I also received an 11 page shcool history from K-12 grade that I requested from the school board. All for $0.

I'm just about done with my packet and I just want to make sure of something because I've seen people do two different things. At the top where it says "I am applying for," do we check "permission to accept employment" or leave it blank?
